It just happened that a couple of friends gathered around to share and develop some more knowledge on SLR cameras with some professional help from The National‘s assistant photo editor, RJ Mickelson, and this gathering – organised by the Indian Ladies Association and Maharashtra Mandal in Abu Dhabi – provided instant subject matter. So much that there was no time for theory but more practical class, no time to discuss each click … not even to soak in the glory of the Emirates Palace.
